Goaltender Braden Holtby has been recalled from Hershey and was the first player on the ice at KCI this morning. Looks like at least one of the Capitals' netminders -- perhaps Semyon Varlamov, whom Coach Bruce Boudreau said last night wasn't feeling 100 percent -- is unavailable for the time being.
More to come on this.
UPDATE
Michal Neuvirth joined the on-ice group about 20 minutes into the session.
A team official said Varlamov is being given several days to take it easy and that it's unlikely he plays again before the final exhibition game on Sunday against Nashville at Verizon Center.
Dany Sabourin and Holtby will play against Bruins tonight at TD Garden in Boston.
