Caps’ coaches and staff hit the ice

The Capitals’ rink in Arlington isn’t the most lively place these days. With the NHL lockout underway, just a scant group of players remains in Washington working out without access to any of the team’s private facilities.

On Wednesday morning, several members of the Capitals’ front office decided to get in a little work of their own. Coaches Adam Oates, Calle Johansson and Tim Hunter were joined by several team staff members for a lively game of shinny.
