Live Q&A: Join Dan Steinberg and Tarik El-Bashir for a Caps-Lightning breakdown at 1 p.m.

With the Capitals now set to face the Tampa Bay Lightning in the Eastern Conference semifinals (Game 1 is Friday at the Verizon Center), we've brought Tarik El-Bashir and Dan Steinberg back for another "Breakdown" video discussion.

Dan and Tarik will talk Caps-Lightning and answer your questions from their, ahem, unique perspectives today at 1 p.m. ET. Today's chat will feature a rapid-fire Q&A at the end -- some might call it a "lightning round" -- so submit as many questions as you see fit.
