Michal Neuvirth to start against Bruins

In the final regular season meeting against the Bruins this year, Michal Neuvirth will get the start at TD Garden and be opposed by Tim Thomas, who has already caused the Capitals problems several times this season.

Among the forwards, Eric Fehr and D.J. King were taking part in extra work so they'll likely be the scratches tonight in Boston. Defenseman Tyler Sloan, who missed yesterdays practice with the flu-like illness that's gone around the locker room, was also skating with the assistant coaches.

Scott Hannan, who was also sick Friday, was on the ice for the morning skate and appears to be ready to play.
