Open thread: Capitals vs. Lightning

Tomas Vokoun makes an eighth consecutive start as the Capitals host struggling Tampa Bay, which has lost five straight. The matchup with the Lightning is the second contest in a four-game homestand that provides a key opportunity for Washington to advance up the Eastern Conference standings.
