Ovechkin records first goal for Dynamo Moscow (video)

Alex Ovechkin scored his first KHL goal for Dynamo Moscow Sunday in a 3-1 loss to SKA St. Petersburg.

The contest marked the first KHL meeting between Ovechkin and New Jersey forward Ilya Kovalchuk, who is playing for SKA St. Petersburg during the NHL lockout. Kovalchuk recorded an assist in the contest.
