Theodore practicing

Jose Theodore, who is sidelined with a suspected hip flexor injury, is on the ice and facing shots from Tyler Sloan, Matt Bradley, Quintin Laing and the assistant coaches. Theodore doesn't seem to be having any trouble getting up and down.

If all goes well, it's possible, if not likely, that the veteran goalie will be ready for backup duty tomorrow against the Panthers. That would mean Braden Holtby, who is also skating, will be returned to Hershey.

Also, Semyon Varlamov skated on his own again this morning.

I'll have more after this morning's five-player practice is over.
