Michal Neuvirth (4-6-2, 2.82 goals-against average, .914 save percentage) makes his fourth consecutive start as the Capitals look to bounce back from Tuesday’s loss to the Islanders Thursday night against the Jets.

Michal Neuvirth is ill — see the full post here — so Braden Holtby (15-13-2, 3.00 goals-against average, .909 save percentage) will start against the Jets Thursday night, making his first appearance since Jan. 30 at Columbus. He’ll be opposed by Winnipeg’s Ondrej Pavelec (18-21-4, 2.95 goals-against average, .902 save percentage).
