Virginia has received a letter-of-intent from wide receiver Kyle Dockins. A 6-foot-4, 200-pound prospect from Landstown High in Virginia Beach, Dockins is a two-star recruit according to Rivals.com. Though he was projected by some media outlets as a tight end, Dockins will start out as a wide receiver with the Cavaliers.
