Not to be outdone by Demi Moore’s much-interpreted tweet of a quote by a Greek philosopher, Ashton Kutcher has tweeted a song reference that could be interpreted as a response to rumors that he and Moore are heading for divorce.
In the wee hours, Kutcher shared on Twitter, without comment, a spotify link to a classic Public Enemy track. That track? “Don’t Believe the Hype.”
The tweet arrives at the same time that the Daily Mail is sharing photos of a pretty young blonde and claiming that she had a fling with Kutcher last weekend, when he and Moore spent their sixth wedding anniversary apart.
So far vague Twitter missives — including the aforementioned one by Moore that said “When we are offended at any man’s fault, turn to yourself & study your own failings. Then you will forget your anger. -Epictetus” — have been the closest things to an official response regarding the rumors of a pending Moore/Kutcher divorce, which arose out of tabloid reports. Reps for both actors, who married in 2005, have not commented.
