Channing Tatum brings ‘Magic Mike’ flash mob to ‘Today’; Ann Curry gets sandwiched

Channing Tatum made sure “Today” show viewers had a very good — and slightly disturbing — morning Wednesday when he brought a little “Magic Mike” magic to the plaza.

Tatum did a regular ’ol interview with Ann Curry and Al Roker, where he discussed his real stripping days and the possibility of a “Magic Mike” musical. Then his “Mike” co-star Joe Manganiello appeared and rolled his body over Curry. He then created a Curry sandwich with Roker, and we all died because we were embarrassed. Here is what that looked like:

And here’s a sample Twitter reaction: “OH MY GOD JOE MANGANIELLO JUST BODY ROLLED ON ANN CURRY. #LOVE.”

Update: Guyism has made a .gif of the whole thing, thank goodness.

After said body rolling, Tatum and a lot of half-naked people started dancing like it was a scene from “Step Up to the ‘Today’ Show” and everyone felt better because Tatum is a great dancer.

“Magic Mike” opens Friday, but something tells me you already knew that.

Watch all of the “Today” show moments below.
