Does Topher Grace, star of ‘Take Me Home Tonight,’ know his ‘80s trivia?

This weekend, Topher Grace is totally stuck in the ‘80s. Specifically, he’s stuck in the ‘80s as star and producer of “Take Me Home Tonight,” a new comedy that attempts to take audiences back to the time of skinny ties and Spuds MacKenzie. (Is it a successful attempt? I’ll let the Post’s Stephanie Merry answer that question in her review .)

I spoke to Grace about what inspired him to recapture a time period that he largely spent in elementary school. His explanation and more can be found in this profile .

Our conversation also presented a golden opportunity to play a round of ‘80s trivia. With help from some of the cards from my ‘80s Trivial Pursuit game, Grace and I went head to head. Watch the video below to see how we did (and hear Grace shamelessly promote his movie.)
