Flavor Flav has reportedly been arrested in Las Vegas and charged with assault with a deadly weapon and misdemeanor domestic violence.
Both TMZ and Gossip Cop confirmed with Vegas police that Flav — the 53-year-old Public Enemy member, “Flavor of Love” star and restaurant owner — was arrested at 3 a.m. Wednesday following an argument at his home that reportedly involved his fiancee and a teenager who was present.
The rapper allegedly struck one of the individuals and threatened the other with a knife; he’s being held on a $23,00 bond.
The circumstances surrounding the argument, as well as the names of the individuals involved, have not been disclosed.
The incident comes two weeks after Flav and his Public Enemy colleagues were nominated for the first time as potential inductees into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
