E! News host Giuliana Rancic and husband Bill Rancic are now the parents of a baby boy. Their son, Edward Duke Rancic, was born Wednesday in Denver, via a gestational carrier. Edward is their first child; he arrives almost a year after Giuliana Rancic, a Washington area native, announced that she had been diagnosed with breast cancer. She has since recovered after undergoing a double mastectomy. The couple also dealt very publicly with fertility issues, which were documented on the couple’s reality show, “Giuliana & Bill.” Needless to say, they seemed pretty happy about their son’s long-awaited arrival.
