Giuliana Rancic returns to E! after double lumpectomy

Giuliana Rancic. (Frazer Harrison - GETTY IMAGES) Giuliana Rancic returned to her co-hosting duties on E! News last night, less than a week after undergoing a double lumpectomy.

“I still have a long road ahead, but thanks to everyone's overwhelming love, support and prayers, it will be an easier journey,” Rancic told E!.

The 37-year-old TV personality is suffering from breast cancer, a diagnosis she revealed on the “Today” show earlier this month. She was immediately met with an outpouring of support from friends and fans.

“Feels so great to be back at work today,” Rancic tweeted. “The @Enews set was such a blast & my friends in the newsroom wore pink ribbons 4 me:)”

Rancic is expected to begin six weeks of radiation treatment in about a month, her husband Bill told E!. Watch her return to E! below.
