‘Here Comes the Boom’ trailer: Kevin James fights for the children

Kevin James. (Michael Sohn - AP)
Here is the trailer for “Here Comes the Boom,”in which Kevin James plays a teacher who becomes a mixed martial arts fighter in order to raise money for his high school’s threatened extra curricular activities.

Based on the clip, “Boom” looks slightly better than what you would expect from a Kevin James movie. If “Kevin James movie” brings to mind “Zookeeper” or “Paul Blart: Mall Cop,” then that last statement may seem pretty obvious.

It co-stars Salma Hayek (win) and Henry Winkler (double win) and looks genuinely inspirational. Watch the trailer below and chat about it in the comments.
