Johnny Depp and his longtime partner, actress-model Vanessa Paradis, have ended their 14-year relationship.

Depp’s publicist confirmed the split, which has been rumored for months, by releasing a statement to Entertainment Tonight.
“Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis have amicably separated,” it said. “Please respect their privacy and, more importantly, the privacy of their children.”
Depp and Paradis, who have been in a romantic relationship since 1998, have two children together: Lily-Rose, 13, and Jack, 9. The family spent many years living in Plan-de-la-Tour, France, but recently moved to Los Angeles.
Various media outlets and celebrity blogs have speculated for some time that the two were no longer together because Depp had been flying solo on the red carpet for more than a year. People magazine even ran a cover story back in January that announced Depp was “living single” and that his relationship with Paradis was “all but officially finished.”
Apparently, now it’s official.
