Justin Bieber, Daniel Radcliffe dress to the nines for Fashion’s Night Out (Photos and video)

There was no shortage of star power Thursday at Fashion’s Night Out in New York, as celebrities like Justin Bieber used their names to help out high end retailers and various charities.

Bieber attended Dolce & Gabbana’s event as its guest of honor, and signed $200 t-shirts. A portion of the proceeds went to the charity Pencils of Promise, the Associated Press reports.

The 17-year-old pop star also created quite a scene. Hollywood Life reports that the screaming ladies who showed up hoping for just a glimpse of the Biebs caused “complete madness.”

Fashion’s Night Out kicks off Fashion Week, which promises to bring out droves of celebrities to the Big Apple wearing their finest duds.

Average working mother Sarah Jesscia Parker took time away from driving her minivan to wear a dress made entirely out of leather and sign Manolo Blahniks for fans. A portion of the shoe proceeds went to the Fund for Public Schools.
