Justin Bieber’s meeting with Israeli PM called off; Jennifer Lopez tops People’s most beautiful list

Minister Binyamin Netanyahu — otherwise known as the historic Biebs-Bibi Summit — has been called off. Reps for the prime minister say he was open to meeting with the pop star along with young people from southern Israel, the site of several Palestinian attacks in recent weeks; meanwhile, Bieber’s camp said no meeting was pursued. Either way, it seems pretty clear that as a result, world peace is never happening. (Associated Press)

Jennifer Lopez is the most beautiful woman in the world, topping People’s most beautiful list. “I don’t want anybody thinking it’s easy,” Lopez tells the magazine. “It does take time and it’s hard work. HDTV wide-screen is nobody’s friend!” (People)
