Kim Kardashian has gotten engaged. Her boyfriend, Kris Humphries of the New Jersey Nets, surprised the reality star by popping the question last week; Kardashian came home and found Humphries in her bedroom, where he had spelled the words “Will you marry me?” in rose petals. Naturally, a surprise family celebration — featuring a pair of mini-horses covered in glitter — took place later that evening. The ring, by the way, is 20.5 carats. (People)
The ex-husband of Arnold Schwarzenegger’s former mistress, Mildred Patricia Baena, has told Entertainment Tonight that, until a week ago, he thought the boy fathered by Schwarzenegger was actually his biological son. Rogelio Baena says he found out who the child’s father was from his sister and was “very, very angry.”(Entertainment Tonight via E!)

Sony is reportedly negotiating for the rights to Kathryn Bigelow’s Navy SEAL Team 6 movie. Originally envisioned as a film about the unsuccessful hunt for Osama bin Laden, it’s now been changed to focus on the team responsible for finding and killing the terrorist leader. (Deadline)
