Lady Gaga still ‘woozy’ but feeling better after concussion

Lady Gaga said on Twitter she’s still “a bit woozy” after being whacked in the head by a set piece during a New Zealand concert stop Sunday.

“Thank you so much for all the thoughtful messages. I feel a bit woozy but a little better everyday,” the singer tweeted Monday. “Very happy to be in beautiful Australia.”

Video from the concert shows Gaga being bonked on the head by a pole that was being removed by a backup dancer, who I bet feels super terrible about this whole thing. Despite suffering a concussion, the singer performed 16 more songs.

Fellow pop star Justin Bieber also recently suffered a concussion during one of his shows in Paris. The Biebs collided with a glass wall and passed out for a few seconds. He made a full recovery.

Tuesday, Gaga shared a photo on Twitter that showed a nasty bruise developing under one of her eyes: “Emerging from hours of sleep. Still remiss if I should go outside, with this clonker I may be of questionable styling.”

But for Gaga, the show must go on. She will perform tonight in Brisbane, Australia.
