Larry David sticks up for ‘Bachelorette’ Ashley Hebert (Video)

While it’s no “Matt Lauer rides Jim Carrey like a horse,” this television moment will still make you laugh while scratching your head.

On Thursday’s “Tonight Show,” Larry David defended his fellow guest, Ashley Hebert of ABC’s “ The Bachelorette,” who had her heart broken by contestant Bentley Williams. The “Curb Your Enthusiasm” actor was more than willing to stand in as a concerned girlfriend for the reality star.

“I’m gonna kill that mofo,” David said, as Hebert discussed her broken heart. Of course, David didn’t actually know what Hebert was talking about: “I don’t know what this guy did, but I really dislike him.”

When Jay Leno asked Hebert whether she’d go out with Williams again, David butted in and said, “No. No she won’t. I won’t let her.”
