Leonardo DiCaprio and Blake Lively, who reportedly started dating in May, have ended their relationship.
Us Weekly reports that reps for both actors have confirmed that the attractive duo split. No reason for the breakup was given, but Us notes that the “Inception” and “Gossip Girl” stars “remain friends.”
To put all this in some perspective, Lively and DiCaprio started their relationship just as the media blitz surrounding her “Green Lantern” was gearing up, and they’ve ended things before the promotion for his next movie, “J. Edgar,” has swung into high gear. This is how you judge a relationship in Hollywood: Could both parties make it last long enough to survive a pair of press tours? Sadly, the answer in this case seems to be no.
