Linda Evangelista heads to court over child support; Mick Jagger to host ‘SNL’ finale

Supermodel Linda Evangelista and her ex-boyfriend Francois-Henri Pinault met in court Thursday to haggle over child support for their son Augustin. Evangelista has asked for the amount she spends on the child a month, an estimated $46,000, saying she needs help now that her L’Oreal contract has ended. Pinault’s lawyer said that amount was ridiculous. Pinault is married to actress Salma Hayek. They have a daughter. (Associated Press)

The actor, who plays Nick Fury in the superhero film, tweeted, “Avengers fans,NY Times critic AO Scott needs a new job! Let’s help him find one! One he can ACTUALLY do!” When a follower objected to Jackson criticizing a person for having an opinion, he replied, “That is My Opinion! ... They aren’t going to fire his jaundiced [butt] & You & I Know It!”

To that Scott replied, “Jaundiced?” The critic also sent out this tweet about the whole event: “My son, a minute ago: “Mace Windu wants to take the food from our table!” (THR)
