Lindsay Lohan heads back to court for probation review

Lindsay Lohan (Evan Agostini - AP)
When a homebound Lindsay Lohan declared, “I’d like to get out more,” in a recent interview, I don’t think this is what she had in mind.

The actress is due in court Thursday where a judge will determine if she violated her probation, according to the Associated Press. Lohan is currently under house arrest for violating her probation via necklace theft.

While a representative for the District Attorney’s office did not give details on the hearing, TMZ is reporting that Lohan tested positive for alcohol during a screening last week.

Lohan was set to appear on the “Today” show, but co-host Matt Lauer, who flew to California to interview Lohan, revealed Thursday that “Lindsay and her people had a problem with the timing of the interview, and it was canceled.”
