Lindsay Lohan sued for assault by fired Betty Ford worker

Lindsay Lohan has been sued by a former Betty Ford Center worker who alleges that the embattled actress injured her during an argument last December.

Dawn Bradley, also known by the name Dawn Holland, alleges that Lohan grabbed and twisted her wrist when she attempted to give the actress, who was a patient at the center, a breathalyzer test. The district attorney declined to bring criminal charges against Lohan, according to TMZ.

So now Bradley, who was fired by Betty Ford after talking about the argument to TMZ, is bringing a civil suit for a reported $1 million. Her lawyer claims Bradley requires wrist surgery, the Associated Press reports.

Lohan appeared in a Los Angeles courtroom Thursday for an unrelated probation hearing, where she was essentially told to speed up her community service and get some one-on-one counseling. Her lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, told the judge Lohan can’t afford treatement, which the NY Daily News pointed out was questionable since she was wearing $1,000 Louboutin shoes.

At least no one has accused her of breaking wind and picking her nose — yet.
