Macaulay Culkin photo sparks concern; Madonna’s ‘highly psychotic’ stalker escapes (UPDATE)

Macaulay Culkin was recently photographed looking, according to “Entertainment Tonight,” “extremely thin and scruffy,” leading some outlets to speculate that he is unwell. (Scruffy, sure. Extremely thin? Eh.) His rep has assured concerned parties that the “Home Alone” actor “is in perfectly good health.” (ET)
