Marisksa Hargitay is a mom for the third time.
The “Law and Order: SVU” actress and her husband, Peter Hermann, adopted a baby boy, People reports.They named him Andrew Nicolas.
This is actually the second adoption for the couple this year. Baby girl Amaya Josephine joined the family, which also includes the couple’s five-year-old son August, this April.
Hargitay told the magazine they started the process to adopt again and a week later were told Andrew was on his way.
“We never in a million years thought it would happen this quickly, but something inside of us knew that this was right, and we said, ‘Yes, yes, yes!,’” she told People. “We knew this was our guy. Everything about it felt right. It felt divinely right.”
Hargitay isn’t the only actress to adopt this month. Actresses Viola Davis and Kristin Davis (no relation) welcomed new additions this month.
