Matthew Fox filed a counterclaim in a Cleveland court last week, asking for a jury trial in the civil suit filed against him by a party bus driver, according to online court documents.

Additional information about the counterclaim was not available.

Heather Bormann alleges that Fox punched her in “right breast, groin, arm and legs” in August after he attempted to board the party bus she was driving.

Fox was detained, but prosecutors declined to press criminal charges against him, the Associated Press reported.

Bormann then filed a civil suit against the “Lost” actor, asking for $75,000 in damages, according to the AP.

Requests for comment from all parties involved have not been returned.
