Nina Dobrev does yoga demonstration on ‘Conan.’ Literally, on Conan O’Brien. (Video)

During her appearance last night on “Conan,” Nina Dobrev established that it is indeed hard to move around in the dress she wore earlier this week to the Met ball. (We thought so.)

And “The Vampire Diaries” star also did something else: a yoga demonstration.

Dobrev showed Conan O’Brien how to do a move called The Scorpion by standing on her hands and putting her feet on, um, parts of O’Brien that he may not have been expecting.

Watch the video below and decide what’s better: the expression on O’Brien’s face or the expression on guest Joel McHale’s as he watches all of this happen.
