Before the band goes on stage, can I get a countdown?

Letting audiences know how long they have until the band takes the stage is a really great idea.

Nurse who took Kate Middleton prank call reportedly found dead

A morning mix of headlines ...

A member of the nursing staff who shared information about Kate Middleton’s condition with radio-station prank callers has been found dead. The BBC and TMZ are reporting that the body of a member of the nursing staff at King Edward VII’s Hospital — from which the pregnant Duchess of Cambridge was released yesterday after four days of treatment for hyperemesis gravidarum— was found at her London home. A cause of death has not been released, but TMZ says Scotland Yard is treating it as a possible suicide. Earlier this week, DJs at Australian radio station 2DayFM managed to get a personal update on Middleton’s condition when they called the hospital and pretended to be Queen Elizabeth and Prince Charles. 2DayFM has issued an apology for the incident. Update: The Duke and Duchess have released a statement saying they are “deeply saddened” by the woman’s death. (BBC; TMZ)

In other news, Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady welcomed their second child this week. The couple, married since February 2009, now have a daughter named Vivian Lake. Their son, Benjamin, was born in December 2009. Brady also has a 5-year-old son, John, from his relationship with Bridget Moynahan. (People)

Vince Neil apparently tried to hit one of his fans during a performance in New Mexico. Look, he told you guys in “Kickstart My Heart” that he’s still kicking you-know-what. You just didn’t listen. (GossipCop)

Louis Tomlinson of One Direction was apparently pulled over by police this week because he was sticking his stocking-capped head out of the sunroof of an SUV while filming himself. (E! Online)

There’s been a bunch of stuff happening lately with LeAnn Rimes and husband Eddie Cibrian and Cibrian’s ex, Brandi Glanville. Frankly, I don’t want to get into all of it. But some of you may be interested. So feel free to peruse the recent posts at Us Weekly and Rumorfix. P.S.: Ugh.

FYI: Claire Danes on “Homeland” and Charlie Day on “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia” are basically the same person. So where is Day’s Emmy, I ask you?!?
