Rebel Wilson dares to acknowledge Nicolas Cage’s wig

When most actors do the late-night circuit, they tend to speak only in diplomatic and glowing terms about their former co-stars.

Bless Rebel Wilson — who plays the creepy sister of Kristen Wiig’s roommate in “Bridesmaids” — for being a bit more candid. During her appearance last night on “Conan,” she revealed that while filming the movie “Ghost Rider,” she was told by Nicolas Cage’s handlers not to speak to the action star. Fortunately, Cage spoke to Wilson first, and she subsequently attempted to compliment his hair — until she immediately realized it was a wig.

The Aussie actress also shared that while recently filming another movie, Olivia Newton-John was adamant about persuading Wilson to take digestive enzyme pills from the Amazon. We have no idea what possessed Wilson to be so forthcoming. But we hope she never changes.
