A morning mix of entertainment headlines...
Sarah Michelle Gellar and Freddie Prinze Jr. announced Monday that they recently had their second child, a boy. Their son, whose name was not disclosed, was born last week. Gellar, 35, and Prinze, 36, also have a three-year-old daughter, Charlotte. The couple celebrated their 10-year wedding anniversary earlier this month, proving that “I Know What You Did Last Summer” is, in a way, actually a love story. (Associated Press)
Rihanna tweeted her support yesterday to Chris Brown ahead of his appearance in court for a probation hearing related to his battery of Rihanna in 2009.
Praying for you baby, my best wishes are with you today! Remember that whatever God does in our lives, it is WELL DONE!!! #1Love— Rihanna (@rihanna) September 24, 2012
The hearing mostly went smoothly, despite a discrepancy in the community service hours he’s served and though Brown’s probation report indicated he failed a drug test in Virginia, where he had been completing his community service in the case. The judge let the test results slide since Brown is not required to undergo mandatory drug testing. Fun fact learned from all this: Brown apparently has a prescription for medical marijuana in California, which is where he smoked the pot that led to him failing the drug test in Virginia, where medical marijuana is not legal.
