Shia LaBeouf, sans clothing, stars in new Sigur Ros video

Shia LaBeouf (Markus Schreiber - Associated Press)

Shia LaBeouf, an actor best known for being on a Disney Channel show and in the things go boom “Transformers” films, stars in the new music video for Icelandic group Sigur Ros’s “Fjögur Píanó.”

Let’s get this out of the way: He’s completely naked in it. LaBeouf goes full-frontal — or rather, side-frontal — in the rather sad, but also slightly ridiculous video.

LeBeouf, who will next be seen in the film “Lawless,” and his co-star Deena Thomsen play a couple who dance and enjoy lollipops, but also abuse and mutilate each other. There are slow-mo shots of LaBeouf jumping on a bed and close-up shots of him crying. Dead butterflies are involved.

There isn’t any cannibalism.

Filmmaker Alma Har’el, who directed the video, told the Wall Street Journal it’s “about addiction to drugs, or sex, or anything–and how you get stuck in a cycle.” Har’el also told the Journal the nudity wasn’t planned, adding, “To me, it’s erotic, but it’s not selling anything.”

But seriously, this is some “Game of Thrones” level of nudity. Since I cannot post the NSFW video here, mosey on over to YouTube to watch it.
