Susan Boyle performs ‘You Have to Be There’ on ‘America’s Got Talent’ (Video)

Susan Boyle performed Wednesday on “America’s Got Talent,” the U.S. version of the show that turned the underdog into a superstar.

The Scottish singer sang “You Have to be There,” the first single off her upcoming album, “Someone to Watch Over Me.” It seems like just yesterday that the then 47-year-old woman shocked the world with her powerful rendition of “I Dreamed a Dream.” Even though she lost “Britain’s Got Talent,” her first record became the fastest selling debut by a U.K. female artist ever. And she’s still going strong.
