Taylor Kitsch unveils ‘John Carter’ trailer (Video)

Taylor Kitsch — that’s Tim Riggins of “Friday Night Lights” to you and me — stopped by “Good Morning America” today to share the new full trailer for “John Carter,” the first of two upcoming bids for blockbuster film status (the second, of course, being “Battleship”).

During the appearance, he engaged in semi-awkward banter with Robin Roberts and introduced the trailer for the Disney movie, based on the series of stories by Edgar Rice Burroughs and set for release in March.

The new clip indicates that Kitsch will spend most, if not all, of “John Carter” sans shirt, thereby confirming that this will be the most significant cinematic experience of the modern era.

Enjoy the clip, as well as the aforementioned banter, below.
