Tom Hanks kisses America under the mistletoe (Video)

Tom Hanks (Peter Kramer - Associated Press) Tom Hanks, star of the Golden Globes-snubbed, feel-bad movie of the year, “Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close,” shared a very special Christmas greeting on Thursday’s “The Late Show with David Letterman.”

The world’s nicest actor whipped out some mistletoe and snuggled up real close to the camera to smooch the lens. “Merry Christmas, baby,” Hanks said, melting the hearts of even the grinchiest Grinch.

He was even gracious enough to clean the camera lens he smudged with his kiss.
