Watch: The Meatloaf meltdown on ‘Celebrity Apprentice’

It started innocently, with a simple question: “Gary, did you buy this paint right here?”

That led to an epic Meatloaf meltdown on last night’s “Celebrity Apprentice,” during which the singer unleashed on one Gary Busey, accusing him of stealing Meatloaf’s precious paint. (For the record, Busey remained freakishly calm during the entire episode.)

Lots of bleeps were involved. Mark McGrath had to physically restrain Meatloaf (you know that guy was thinking “I just want to fly” at that moment) while John Rich shouted, “Meat, don’t do it!,” which has officially become my new catchphrase. As the extra icing on this cake of rage, Meatloaf’s shirt was on inside out the entire time.

So top-notch television all around.
