Asking actors to read passages of “Fifty Shades of Grey” is the new go-to move for press junket interviews. It worked when MTV did it with the cast of “Snow White and the Huntsman.” So another reporter gave it a shot with Zach Galifianakis and Will Ferrell as they made the promotional rounds for “The Campaign.”
Predictably, the clip of this moment is amusing. It also provides a fascinating concept for those casting the adaptation of the E.L. James novel to consider.
As one YouTube commenter noted: “These two as the main characters is the only way you`re going to get me to see this movie.”
