This just in: a nonprofit humanitarian organization is working to bring the national orchestra of North Korea to the United States on a three-stop tour. Whether it will come off or not depends on many things, including the fallout from North Korea’s plans to launch a missile in honor of the late Kim Il Sung’s birthday, which jeopardized a new food aid agreement with the US.
