- Did your power come back in time to catch Sunday night’s VMAs on MTV? That’s too bad. Er, I mean, perfect timing! Beyonce upstaged the entire event by announcing her pregnancy pre-show. It will be the first child for her and Jay-Z, and we at Click Track look forward to serving the Golden Child in whatever capacity possible. Lady Gaga kicked the show off as her male alter ego, Jo Calderone, and brought Queen guitarist Brian May out for a cameo. Katy Perry won video of the year and also won for best collaboration with Kanye West. Tyler, the Creator beat out the likes of Wiz Khalifa and Big Sean for best new artist. Britney Spears was the subject of a tribute. Celebritology has all the weirdest fashion choices; Allison Stewart runs down the most awkward moments here on Click Track in just a few minutes.
