Bono refutes report of health scare; Gallagher brothers battle again, this time in court; Lil Wayne sued, hurt skateboarding, releasing new album

- There were reports over the weekend that Bono had been rushed to the hospital after experiencing chest pains. A spokesperson for the U2 frontman denies this, though, saying he is just enjoying vacation and visited the hospital for a routine check up.

- The fighting Gallagher brothers of Oasis haven taken their battles to court, where Liam is suing Noel over claims Noel made about the band breaking up due to Liam’s partying behavior.

- Lil Wayne is: 1) Being sued due to claims that he stole the song “Bedrock,” 2) Recovering after a skateboaring accident, 3) Releasing new album “The Carter IV” immediately after Sunday’s MTV VMAs.

- The Lou Reed/Metallica album is called “Lulu” and will be available on Nov. 1.
