Danny Espinosa is not allowed to use Mudvayne for his at bat song and other Washington Nationals music revelations

Tonight on “Hoppus on Music” — the weekly talk show hosted by Blink-182 bassist Mark Hoppus — there’s a segment about the role of music in a Washington Nationals game. Someone Who Is Not Mark Hoppus traveled to Nationals Park and talked to various players about the music that gets them pumped up. First baseman Mike Morse explains why he walks up to the plate to A-Ha’s “Take On Me. We learn that Danny Espinosa would like to prepare for his at bat with metal band Mudvayne, but the powers that be consider that material not quite fan-friendly enough.
