Jeff Mangum, Bob Dylan, Fleet Foxes announce area shows; Amy Winehouse comeback goes exactly as expected; Dude from “Gossip Girl” to play Jeff Buckley

- Monday was chock full of intriguing local concert announcements. An extreme rarirty: two shows by Neutral Milk Hotel’s not-so-reclusive-anymore frontman Jeff Mangum, who will perform at Baltimore’s 2640 on Sept. 26 and 27. Tickets go on sale Wednesday at noon. Not a rarity at all: Bob Dylan’s Neverending Tour swing back around through town at Merriweather Post Pavilion on Aug. 16. And Fleet Foxes will also perform at Merriweather, with the Walkmen opening, on Sept. 23.

- It took all of one show for Amy Winehouse to cancel all of her European tour dates. A weekend concert in Serbia was deemed “the worst in the history of Belgrade.”

- A Tumblr of e-mails written by fans who think they are writing to Taylor Swift but really aren’t? Sure, why not.

- The bro from “Gossip Girl” is set to play Jeff Buckley in “Greetings From Tim Buckley,” which is not a Jeff Buckley biopic. As long as they don’t let Taylor Momsen on the soundtrack...
