Justin Bieber to top Wale on charts; Danzig divas out in Texas; Radiohead touring U.S., skipping D.C. (at least for now)

- D.C. rapper Wale is poised to make an impressive debut on the Billboard charts with his second album, “Ambition.” It is projected to sell between 160,000 and 175,000 copies in its first week of release, but that will only be good enough for the No. 2 spot as Justin Bieber’s holiday album, “Under the Mistletoe” will debut at the top of the charts. Wale’s much-hyped debut album, “Attention: Deficit,” sold just 28,000 copies in its first week.

- If Twitter was to be believed, Fun Fun Fun Fest in Austin over the weekend consisted of just two things: Ryan Gosling sightings and Glenn Danzig freakouts. The former Misfits frontman refused to take the stage and played an abbreviated set on Friday night that drew boos and trash tossing from the disappointed crowd.

- Radiohead is touring the United States in 2012! But they aren’t playing anywhere particularly close to D.C. The band’s 10 announced dates will take them to Florida, Georgia, Texas, Missouri, Colorado and Arizona.
