Loretta Lynn hospitalized with pneumonia; Neil Young, Arcade Fire, Beck play Bridge School benefit


Loretta Lynn is battling pneumonia and had to cancel a pair of concerts. (Reuters)
- Country music legend Loretta Lynn was hospitalized over the weekend “with the early stages of pneumonia.” She was forced to cancel a pair of concerts but hopes to be back on the road in November. Lynn performed at the 9:30 Club earlier this month.

- The annual Neil Young-hosted Bridge School benefit concert took place in San Francisco this weekend and hosted an all-star lineup featuring Young, Arcade Fire, Eddie Vedder, Beck, Norah Jones and plenty of collaborations.

- Guitarist Amy Klein is leaving New Jersey punk rockers Titus Andronicus .
