Madonna is coming.(Jeff Haynes/Reuters)- Hot on the stiletto heels of Sunday’s acclaimed Super Bowl halftime gig, Madonna announced a massive world tour that will visit Washington’s Verizon Center on Sept. 23. Tickets go on sale Feb. 13 at 10 a.m. The cheap seats will cost you $48 — the priciest are going for $358.
