Rick Ross album likely delayed; Google Music launches; Busta Rhymes signs with Cash Money

- In an interview with MTV yesterday Rick Ross said that his new album, “God Forgives I Don’t,” scheduled for release on Dec. 13, will likely be delayed due to his health scare last month.

- Google Music launched yesterday as the latest competition for Apple’s iTunes. The service lets people buy songs through the Android Market and users will be able to store and stream as many as 20,000 songs. Google is also working with labels and bands on exclusive content, such as...

- The new album from Busta Rhymes, “E.L.E. (Extinction Level Event) 2: End Of The World,” which will debut exclusively on Google Music. It was also announced yesterday that Busta has signed on with Cash Money Records.

- Roots drummer Questlove — he saw the Occupy Wall Street eviction coming (and tweeted about it) and he recorded with Amy Winehouse before her death.
