U.S. Royalty plays free show at Sweetgreen today; Concert business is up; Def Leppard postpones Saturday concert

- Local rockers U.S. Royalty will play a surprise, free set TODAY at noon at the grand opening of the Foggy Bottom Sweetgreen location. The band was a highlight at the Sweetlife Festival a few months ago.

- In addition to album sales being up, concert business is up!

- Def Leppard’s Saturday concert at Jiffy Lube Live has been postponed until July 31. In case anyone had a Def Leppard/Animal Collective conflict, now you can rest easy.

- New York writers got to hear Jay-Z and Kanye West’s “Watch the Throne” last night at an exclusive listening party.
