‘TINTIN’ TRAILER LANDS: Here's the Spielberg/Jackson teaser to rule them all

.

Finally, there be a Tintin trailer to get excited about.

The motion-capture “Adventures of Tintin” isn’t due Stateside till mistletoe and sleigh bells have been adorning the mall for months. But with the Steven Spielberg and Peter Jackson 3-D animated mega-production landing next week on European shores (where Tintin’s “clear-line” Belgian creator, Herge, is so much better known), the film’s trailers are feeling more adventurous.

Dare we say, even sporting a touch of that ol' “Indiana Jones” flair?

The trickle of early film reviews has been positive — no small feat on a landscape littered with recent disappointing mo-cap animation.

Between that and this trailer, our hopes for the fate of “Tintin” (featuring such talent as Jamie Bell, Daniel Craig and Andy Serkis) are renewed.
